Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing Facility/FT Days

Northern Contours is a leading manufacturer of cabinet components and specializes in various industries. The company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support and maintain the facility and equipment necessary to support production.

Requirements

• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled repairs of facility and production equipment
• Communicate and coordinate with plant supervisors and managers
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
• Ensure quick response to equipment related safety concerns
• Maintain the facility and machinery to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Observe all safety rules and policies and comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules
• Communicate effectively with team members and give guidance and support the decisions made by management
• Regularly maintain a clean work area and shop
• Display a positive attitude when dealing with fellow employees
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed
