Job Description
The Shipper / Receiver is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all products that are received and/or shipped out of a specific location during the assigned shift. They will work to company guidelines with respect to quality control, safety, and standard operating procedures to execute an accurate and on-time shipping function.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a Shipping or Receiving position
- 1+ years experience operating forklifts
- Experience in food manufacturing; seafood or meat processing a plus
- Fork-Lift Certification required
- Able to operate company inventory equipment (such as scan guns), required
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide support to department managers to achieve goals
- Able to maintain an environment that drives performance and a safe workplace
