We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to support our largest and highest profile customers with all matters relating to orders, be that time to deliver, stock availability or alternative products, as well as any incorrect goods received.
Requirements
- Great customer service approach with the drive to go that extra mile
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a range of different systems and to pick up new systems quickly
- Good written communication skills, with a professional and business approach to the language you use
- Strong prioritisation skills and able to develop good processes to organise your workload and hit KPI’s
- Commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities and respond to those
