Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor to work in our Cardiff store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience and satisfaction, and will be able to deliver first-class customer service and contribute to the daily operations of the store.
Requirements
- Delivers first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations
- Contributes to store sales targets and KPIs
- Participates in general shop floor duties
- Ensures Visual Merchandising standards are met
- Accurately completes stock auditing tasks
- Processes customer payment transactions
- Adheres to retail policies and Health and Safety guidelines
