Job Description
NiCE is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their APAC team in Singapore, focused on the SAEGC region. The role involves introducing potential customers to NiCE, uncovering their needs, and creating qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience selling into or engaging prospects in Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand markets
- Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with senior decision-makers
- Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills to uncover genuine business needs
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
