Sales Development Representative, CX

The Sales Development Representative is the first contact that customers and partners have at NICE. You will interact with different people and businesses and create an incredible first impression for Nice’s customer over the phone, on chat on our website and over email and social channels.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and presentations skills
• Flexibility and confidence
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years’ experience in sales
• Solid understanding of prospecting and qualification techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing environments
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets
• Experience in working with CRM and Prospecting tools
