Community Manager at Encore at Murrells Inlet Townhomes: responsible for overseeing personnel, marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, and community maintenance, ensuring a sufficient flow of revenue and maintaining a high aesthetic level of the property. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to direct others, and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or two years of successful working experience in the apartment management industry
• Extensive customer service and leasing/marketing experience
• Training or experience in basic computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with web-based software used in apartment management (Yardi Voyager, Popcard, Payscan, Rent Café)
• Property Manager's or PMIC license required; CAM certification preferred
• Valid driver's license or means of immediate transportation
