Job Description
The Molding-Process Engineer will join a team to release project related documents, parts, and molds. This role involves testing molding quality, repair molds, supporting project development, and troubleshooting issues. Continuous improvement and process optimization are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of development and tool structure analysis experience in Molding Manufacturing
- Experience in NPI projects
- Proficient in using horizontal and vertical injection presses
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- “Never Give Up” attitude and dedication to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and ISO quality system methodology
