Job Description
Nexamp is seeking motivated individuals to join its 24/hour Operations Center in Lawrence, MA, as Control Room Operators. The role involves overseeing 24/7 real-time remote operations of renewable energy assets, requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership. This is a fast-paced, mission-based work opportunity that challenges the status quo and contributes to the future of clean energy.
Requirements
- Operate solar, storage, and utility-scale renewable energy assets in a high-impact control room.
- Monitor and control Nexamp’s 1+ GW fleet.
- Lead and train Distributed Generation Operators (DGOs) in remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate log recording and generate reports.
