Job Description
This analyst role within a growing origination team in India involves supporting the team in sourcing, structuring, and closing multifamily and commercial real estate loans. The role focuses on financial analysis, underwriting, and market research, with the responsibility for loan evaluation, and creating comprehensive loan proposals for loan committees and management.
Requirements
- Assist underwriters in end-to-end underwriting of US Commercial Real Estate loans.
- Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements and Real Estate Owned Schedules.
- Review and evaluate third party reports.
- Running background credit searches.
