Job Description
We are seeking an analyst of commercial real estate experience to join a growing origination team in India. The role involves supporting the team in sourcing, structuring, and closing multifamily and commercial real estate loans, providing financial analysis, and managing key lending programs. The analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the lending process, from initial assessment to loan completion.
Requirements
- Assist underwriters in end-to-end underwriting of US Commercial Real Estate loans.
- Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements and real estate documents.
- Review and evaluate real estate reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Run background credit checks on Sponsors, Guarantors, and Borrowers.
- Prepare presentations for loan committee and management.
- Collaborate with team to develop new relationships and provide excellent client service.
