Director of Customer Success

Bluehost is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead customer success programs, drive customer retention, and growth across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Retention, or Customer Experience roles, with a proven track record of operating in B2C, B2SB environments and leading multi-functional teams in a digital-first environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Retention, or Customer Experience roles
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams in a digital-first environment
• Proven success operating in B2C, B2SB environments
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management across subscription-based SaaS or hosting products
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable using insights to prioritize work and demonstrate ROI on CS investments
