Senior AI/NLP Engineer

Newfire Global Partners is seeking a Senior AI/NLP Engineer to lead technical architecture and platform development for enterprise AI implementations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building NLP/AI systems in production environments and deep expertise with transformer models, large language models, and modern AI frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building NLP/AI systems in production environments
• Deep expertise with transformer models, large language models, and modern AI frameworks
• Strong software engineering background with Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, document management, etc.)
• Proven track record building production AI systems that handle messy, real-world data
• Understanding of data governance, privacy-preserving ML techniques, and secure development practices
• Experience evaluating and implementing third-party AI platforms and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
