Senior AI/NLP Engineer

Newfire Global Partners is seeking a Senior AI/NLP Engineer to lead technical architecture and platform development for enterprise AI implementations. The successful candidate will design reusable AI components that transform unstructured data into actionable insights across diverse business functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building NLP/AI systems in production environments
• Deep expertise with transformer models, large language models, and modern AI frameworks
• Strong software engineering background with Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, document management, etc.)
• Proven track record building production AI systems that handle messy, real-world data
• Understanding of data governance, privacy-preserving ML techniques, and secure development practices
• Experience evaluating and implementing third-party AI platforms and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
