Job Description
HDC is seeking a Data Analytics Intern for Spring 2026. The internship will focus on building data tools to describe the state of multifamily housing in New York City, utilizing data analysis pipelines and visualizations. Interns will contribute to the President’s Office by providing advisory services and analysis to HDC’s senior leaders.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a graduate program
- Strong quantitative aptitude
- Proficiency with R (Tidyverse), Python (Pandas), or other data analysis software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with detail
- Ability to work with high degree of independence
