Job Description
New Leaf Energy is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II to support utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. The role involves designing, directing, and managing project development, surveying, environmental reviews, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will balance project risk with due diligence and is expected to be highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of demonstrated experience in site development, entitlement, and environmental permitting (municipal, state, and federal).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with cost estimation, reviewing engineering services contracts, and managing subconsultants.
