Job Description
This is a pre-approval specialist position for ID 2024-6848, first in the training program. The role involves assisting licensed Purchase Loan Officers with gathering customer information, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service related to pre-approvals and mortgage loans. It requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Assist customers with gathering loan information.
- Communicate with customers and Purchase Loan Officers regarding pre-approvals.
- Follow up with Purchase Loan Officers regarding conditional items.
- Assist customers with completing eConsent and eSign processes.
- Review credit reports for potential loan qualification.
- Pass NMLS exam
