Job Description
This is the first position in a training program for Pre-Approval Specialists (PAL Specialists) assisting licensed Purchase Loan Officers. The role focuses on communication with customers regarding pre-approval and providing information for loan origination. Successful PAL Specialists will provide excellent customer service and contribute to a high-level of customer experience.
Requirements
- Pass NMLS Safe Exam
- Previous or current experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan refinance or home buying process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping customers achieve financial goals
