Business System Analyst - Workday Payroll

Netflix is seeking an outgoing and curious Payroll Systems Analyst to manage and deliver applications for our evolving finance organization. As Netflix continues its global growth, we are looking for the best talent to scale with this opportunity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR/Payroll systems experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll (US and/or Canada) configuration and support in production
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll objects and processes
• Strong Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields skills
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connector) and with Time Tracking/Absence touchpoints
• Proven track record operating in an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
