Job Description
Netflix is looking for a Program Analyst to manage finance procurement operations for Netflix Global Gaming. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting, P2P workflow, and systems, and experience in leading change management. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Operational Finance and/or Accounting experience
- Experience in P2P workflows, systems, and finance operations
- Strong organization, project, and time management skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Relationship builder - Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with team members and business partners
