Neo Group, a Malta-based startup, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and develop effective hiring strategies to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
