Talent Acquisition Specialist

Neo Group is a startup established in 2024, built on over 15 years of veteran experience in the iGaming industry, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates, source top talent, and develop effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of the Gaming and Tech industry and its talent landscape.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
