The NY Connects Information & Assistance (I&A) Specialist primarily delivers information and assistance on long-term care services and supports to individuals, families, caregivers, professionals, and Bronx communities who are in need of accessing and navigating through complex systems. The position requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited college in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Gerontology, or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in long-term services and supports, health care, developmental disabilities, mental health, or a related area of human services.
