• Provide meaningful feedback and multiple attempts to show learning
• Drive academic outcomes through data analysis
• Differentiate for individual students based on their unique learning needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) and behavior plans
• Develop strong relationships with families through frequent communication
