Job Description
NCH Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join their Lubrication Research and Development team. The role involves leading product and process development, from lab experiments to commercial trials and full-scale manufacturing, with a focus on grease formulation and manufacturing processes. This position requires effective communication and collaboration skills and proactive identification of growth opportunities within the lubricant industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in grease, lubricant, and/or fuel additive development.
- Proficiency in grease chemistry, formulation, testing, and production processes.
- Advanced analytical and imaging techniques, including AFM, SEM-EDX, and IR spectroscopy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
