Job Description
Chem-Aqua is seeking a motivated Chem-Aqua Manufacturing Technician I to support its growth strategy by assembling water treatment equipment in the Macon, GA plant. This role involves assembly, testing, and packaging equipment, along with close collaboration with other team members. Chem-Aqua emphasizes results-oriented work, work/life balance, and a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
- Assemble pretreatment and chemical feed equipment.
- Interconnect pretreatment and chemical feed systems.
- Connect electrical control systems.
- Program microprocessor-based pretreatment and chemical feed equipment.
- Breakdown assembled equipment and package for shipment.
- Work closely with other Techs to assemble pretreatment and chemical feed systems.
- Loading/unloading tractor trailers
- Packing equipment
- Complete special projects set forth by Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor.
- Work with forklift.
- Working in a manufacturing environment ranging from 55oF to 100oF.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reading technical manuals and electronic documents.
