Werkstudent Customer Care (w/m/d)

We are a nutrition supplement company looking for a Customer Care Student to answer customer inquiries, support complaints and returns processing, and improve customer experience. The role is part-time up to 20 hours, flexible working hours, and can be done remotely or in our offices in Düsseldorf and Hamburg.

Requirements

• Enrolled student with a commercial, language, or service-oriented background
• First practical experiences in customer service
• Fluent in German and English, with additional languages a plus
• First encounters with Salesforce (especially Service Cloud) are desirable
• Empathy, communication joy, and fun in customer contact
• Structured, organized, and able to keep a cool head even with a high workload
