Production manager (Ads)

Nasoft is hiring a Production Manager in Kuwait for Makaseb company to lead the execution of video productions, brand shoots, and digital campaigns with excellence and precision.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production management (commercials, branded content, or film)
• Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production ecosystem,vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, or Business is a plus
