Nasoft is hiring a Production Manager in Kuwait to lead the execution of video productions, brand shoots, and digital campaigns with excellence and precision.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production management (commercials, branded content, or film)
- Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production ecosystem, vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, or Business is a plus
