Deputy Director, Business Operations Management

The Deputy Director, Business Operations Management will drive key strategic initiatives, oversee risk and governance, and provide support to research strategies and initiatives at NTU.

Requirements

• Master's degree, preferably Ph.D. degree with R&D background
• Additional certifications in Leadership, Project Management, or related areas
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders
• Ability to see the big picture, formulate strategies, and communicate clearly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new subject areas
• Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
