SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central (m/w/d)

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central to lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, consult customers on HR process optimization, and provide training and mentoring to project team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the Employee Central module
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, strategies, and best practices
• Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Excellent communication and personal skills
• At least SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification, professional certification desirable
