We are a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central for our SAP SuccessFactors implementation team. The position involves leading end-to-end implementation projects, providing expert guidance on best practices, and collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on the Employee Central module.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
