Director of Sales and Business Development

Seed-Xis seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executiveto lead their European division, which involves driving accelerated sales growth and market penetration. The role focuses on translating Seed-X's AI vision into commercial success by developing a robust account-based strategy, scaling their channel sales network, and motivating a team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating Seed-X's AI vision into commercial success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant senior sales and leadership experience within the grain/seed industry.
• Deep knowledge of seed-growers' needs and experience with agricultural machinery/cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong managerial skills with experience in team management and leading a team of 10 employees.
• Exceptionalsales and negotiating skill with track record of increasing revenue and developing strategy
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a strong advantage.
