Job Description
N2O, a leading creative brand experience agency, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their Helpdesk team. The role involves supporting both software/hardware and peripherals at the head office, as well as providing support to remote sites. This requires troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- Install and configure IT equipment and various technologies
- Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
- Take ownership of issues and implement solutions
- Provide support for all Office 365 products
- Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, scanners and mobile devices
- Maintain a first class level of customer service
