Requirements
- Deliver a superior end user experience while maintaining a secure and well-managed environment.
- Provide direct support to various lines of business (LOB) users or contribute to projects that enhance the end user environment.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure desktop compliance with organisational standards.
- Partner with LOB teams to proactively manage applications and maintain a stable end user environment.
- Respond to user questions, incidents, and requests, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and escalation as needed.
- Follow industry and corporate standards and best practices, maintaining high efficiency.
- Support patching and upgrading of end user devices.
- Resolve quality and scheduling conflicts.
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule between 06:30 and 19:00.
- Be available for ad-hoc work outside regular hours, including weekends when necessary.
