Partnerships Manager, Walrus

Mysten Labs is seeking a Partnerships Manager to support its key ecosystem partners as they push adoption of Web3. The role involves managing strategic relationships with partners, owning day-to-day partner operations, and ensuring their success. This is a hands-on role that will evolve into a scalable, repeatable success function. The role will be highly relationship-driven initially, and will transition to a metrics-driven function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of business development, product management, strategic account management, business operations, post-investment management, or partner enablement experience.
• Strong personal interest in blockchain infrastructure and accelerating web3 adoption.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Resourceful and persistent in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.
