Job Description
The Cabling Superintendent Manager will lead and develop a team of Cabling Superintendents responsible for delivering structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects across multiple clients and sites. The role requires a hands-on leader with technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive safety, quality, and performance in the field.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in structured cabling / low-voltage infrastructure
- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or superintendent management role overseeing multiple job sites or crews
- Strong technical knowledge of copper and fiber systems, testing methods, and installation standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC)
- Data center or enterprise campus build experience required
