Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst at MyEyeDr. is responsible for the planning, design, and administration of compensation and total rewards programs. This role involves executing strategies, modeling programs, providing data analysis, and ensuring competitive compensation packages align with MyEyeDr.’s strategic goals. The position reports to the Director of Compensation and requires collaboration with HR Business Partners across various departments. The position is hybrid, available from either Raleigh or Vienna, VA.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation analysis and design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) preferred.
- Strong auditing and incentive/commission calculation experience.
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinking skills.
