Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will act as a project manager and provide advanced analytical expertise to the planning, design, development, and administration of compensation and total rewards programs. This role focuses on maximizing competitive offerings, driving business results, and supporting MyEyeDr.'s strategic goals while ensuring a great employee experience. The position reports to the Director, Compensation and involves designing job architecture, audit jobs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong auditing and incentive/commission calculation skills.
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience.
