Job Description
This Compensation Manager role will shape compensation programs for both Field and Clinical/Doctor teams, focusing on talent retention and engagement. The position requires strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. The role involves competitive pay strategies, market research, and working with HR, Finance, and Payroll partners to support employee compensation and analyze job posting performance. A hybrid remote position with a flexible work arrangement is available.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive compensation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- PHR, SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
- CCP preferred
- Strong experience preparing and presenting reports
- Experience in a lean, high-growth organization
