Manager in Training: Food & Beverage Focused

Would you like to experience the inner workings of a private club’s food and beverage service department? MPCC proudly institutes a robust Manager in Training program for college graduates looking for the training and guidance necessary to become a Food and Beverage Manager.

Requirements

• Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guests in a la carte, banquet, and pool service dining spaces
• Collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
• Resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
• Contribute to various managerial tasks, including inventory, scheduling, hiring, training, etc.
• Participate in learning opportunities, as provided - including club tours, CMAA education, reading assignments, projects, and more
• Complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
