Here at MPCC, our line cooks craft our culinary creations and provide the highest quality service and products to our membership and their guests.

Requirements

Demonstrate and deliver the MPCC experience and values when providing service and teamwork
Work with the culinary team to create an exemplary experience for members and their guests
Follow up with members and guests with additional services that enhance the overall experience
Handle requests personally and/or refer as appropriate
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Prepare and properly garnish all food orders in accordance with menu specifications
Craft and design specially featured weekly Specials
Prepare sauces, appetizers, salads, and entrees in accordance with menu
Present food using proper plate presentation techniques as defined by the Culinary Leadership Team
Coordinate completion of menu items with server
Set up for meal periods by ensuring that stations are set up based upon anticipated volume as defined by Restaurant Supervisor
Adhere to club standards for safe food handling and storage
Keep equipment clean and in proper operating condition, maintain cleanliness and stock coolers and storage areas
Complete food requisitions to maintain inventory items
Assist the golf turn and pool grill with prepping as needed
