We are looking for additional support for our 7-person IT team at our location in Hamburg on a full-time basis for the 1st Level Support with very good German language skills.
Requirements
- Successfully completed education in the IT field
- First professional experience or comparable professional experience
- Experience in ticket-based first-level support
- Good knowledge of administering heterogeneous networks (macOS and Windows)
- Very good German language skills on C1/C2 level and good English language skills on B1/B2 level in speech and writing
