We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive
- Familiarity with email and SMS best practices and segmentation strategies
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email editing (preferred but not required)
- Experience in Shopify (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
