7+ years of package engineering experience, 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience, Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field

1-3 years of CRM experience, knowledge of Klaviyo and Attentive, and strong analytical skills

2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, or health and wellness space, Bachelor's Degree preferred, strong time management skills, and ability to pivot in order to succeed

1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Office
