Job Description
We are seeking a senior UX/UI Designer to lead the transformation of our transactional company to a relational one by accelerating our expansion through automation, personalization, and design efficiency. The role focuses on designing omnichannel customer experiences, ensuring speed, consistency, and scalability through a centralized Design System. It involves leading the full product design process, validating designs through testing, and leveraging AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design/ UX/UI
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Expertise in user-centered design, research methods, and usability principles
- Proven experience designing for omnichannel customer journeys
- Proficiency in Figma and deep knowledge of design systems
- Hands-on use of AI tools for design acceleration and content adaptation
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics and experimentation
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Proactive, empathetic and able to balance speed with quality
