Job Description
Teamified is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and reporting to the CTO/founder. The role focuses on driving the design strategy, executing UX concepts, and experimenting with AI-enhanced design workflows to improve the way organizations build remote teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience and eager to contribute to building intelligent, data-driven work environments.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional UX/UI design experience in B2B software, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy applications
- Design systems expertise
- Insight communication mastery
- AI-curious mindset
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Hands-on testing approach
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Frontend development understanding
- Responsive design expertise
- B2B/Enterprise UX experience (preferred)
