Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and strong communication and project management skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager required
• Min 5 years relevant experience as senior mechanical / project engineer is essential
• Experience working on mechanical construction projects in relevant industry sectors essential (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semi-conductor or Oil & Gas)
• Experience working for a mechanical contractor, as opposed to Consulting AE firms or Client side, a distinct advantage
• Experience working on the construction stage of projects, as opposed to design stage, essential; including but not limited to piping fabrication, piping installation, pressure testing, equipment installation
• Preferably a Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or equivalent
• Professional Project Management qualification, such as PMP or IPMAD an advantage
• Proficient in the use of Navis Works or equivalent packages
• Completion of Management of Safety in Construction (MSIC) - desirable
