Job Description
MSA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering at their Duluth, MN or St. Paul, MN office. This role involves client relations, project management, and designing public works infrastructure projects, with a focus on working closely with municipal clients. The position is flexible with hybrid/flexible working arrangements. MSA emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- 5+ years of prior experience within the Public Works market
- PE license strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects and client needs
- Experience with funding and grants for municipalities preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
