Job Description
MSA is seeking a Project Engineer Public Works individual to join their Duluth, MN or St. Paul, MN office. This role involves client interaction, project management, design, mentoring, and assisting with regulatory permits. The position offers a blend of flexibility, a supportive team, and a focus on innovation in civil engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- 4+ years of prior experience within the Public Works market
- PE license required
- Experience with funding and grants to municipalities preferred
